The new governing body is looking to recruit an exceptional SENCO with some class teacher responsibility to join us as we continue on our journey.
We are delighted to offer what will be a unique and varied role that reflects the breadth of what a great teacher can bring to a school. This position combines two days as our dedicated Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) across the federation of two schools – a protected time, non‑class based role that gives you the time and space to lead SEND provision with real impact – alongside two days as part of a job share in Key Stage 1, where you will bring your passion for early learning directly into the classroom, whether you are supporting our most vulnerable learners using strong adaptive teaching practices or inspiring our youngest pupils with current teaching strategies.
A teacher who is passionate about teaching in Key Stage 1 and is committed to inspiring children to achieve their best. A teacher who can effectively meet the needs of pupils with SEND through inclusive practice, adaptive teaching, and appropriate support and challenge. A teacher who can plan and deliver engaging, well‑sequenced KS1 lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high expectations.
