We bring together a wide range of services under one welcoming roof, creating a space where families feel valued, supported, and empowered. We are now looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for families, professionals, and visitors accessing our hubs. This is a 15-hour per week position, ideal for someone seeking a rewarding part-time role.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming families and visitors with kindness, professionalism, and respect
- Managing reception duties including answering calls, responding to enquiries, and signposting to services
- Supporting families to access appointments, groups, and hub activities
- Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and handling confidential information appropriately
- Providing administrative support to Family Help practitioners and wider hub teams
- Ensuring the reception area is organised, safe, and reflective of our family-friendly ethos
