This is an exciting opportunity within the shared service arrangement between North and North East Lincolnshire Councils. You will support the Business Rates Team Manager to ensure a high-quality, efficient service across billing, collection and recovery. You will also engage directly with businesses, agents, and the public, offering advice on changes, reliefs, exemptions, and valuation matters.
