We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Assessment team within The Front Door Service, working across Child in Need and Child Protection. You’ll be part of a supportive, family-focused environment that values your voice, your growth, and your wellbeing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting children and families through strengths-based, relationship-led practice
Managing a varied and manageable caseload
Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners
Contributing to our One Family Approach to achieve the best outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For:
A qualified social worker or someone nearing the end of their training (within the next 3 months)
Registered with Social Work England
Experienced in working with children, young people, and families
Knowledgeable about statutory and legal responsibilities
A confident communicator and team player
