Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the appraisal and coordination of service requests in line with the Children and Young People\\\’s Plan.
  • Provide expert guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Support families with complex needs through early help interventions.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to performance reporting.
  • Make informed decisions on service referrals and transitions.
  • Experience working with families facing neglect and complex challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and family intervention.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads.
  • Skilled in reflective practice, supervision, and multi-agency collaboration.
  • Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
