North Lincolnshire Council’s Church of England School in Scunthorpe is seeking a Pastoral Lead Officer to start in September 2025. The role focuses on coordinating pastoral care for pupils who are vulnerable or disengaged, with particular attention to social, emotional and behavioural needs, to ensure continuity of learning and social development.
You will lead on behaviour, safeguarding and liaison with families and external agencies, supporting groups in classrooms and one-to-one settings.
