Make a real difference in the lives of children and families. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and innovative Operational Support Assistant to join our Youth Justice Partnership team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead on delivering high-quality operational and administrative support that ensures effective governance, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will have oversight of Operational Support Clerks and will coordinate workflows, helping to drive continuous improvement across systems and processes that underpin our work with children, families, and partners.
What you’ll do:
- Manage operational support functions and ensure robust governance and compliance.
- Oversee and improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including financial systems, meeting coordination, and data reporting.
- Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners, maintaining strong and constructive relationships.
- Supervise and develop operational support staff, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

- Experience in operational support systems, practices, and procedures.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of financial/budgetary control.
