North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Rehabilitation worker to deliver time-limited support in people’s homes, following therapy plans and working with health and social care professionals.
The role involves moving and handling, personal care, and administering medications, with a focus on promoting independence, social inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
The post is a 25 hour per week contract with a rolling rota requiring 3 to 4 shifts per week between 07:00 and 23:00.
