The North Lincolnshire Home First Community Rehabilitation service is seeking a Reablement Assistant to provide time-limited rehabilitation in clients' homes, following therapy plans and collaborating with health professionals.
The role is 25 hours per week on a rolling rota, with shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, 3–4 shifts weekly.
Overtime and weekend enhancements available; salary in the £20,812–£21,575 pro rata range.
