We are now seeking an exceptional individual to lead this agenda. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving a high-performing planning authority - one that enables development at pace, provides clarity to investors, and delivers quality places for our communities.

You will lead the full planning function, including development management, planning policy and enforcement - ensuring strong performance, clear decision-making and a positive customer experience. Working with elected members, developers and partners, you will play a key role in unlocking sites, progressing the Local Plan and supporting North Lincolnshire's growth ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and continuously improve the Council's planning service
