Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Fostering Recruitment Officer to support and coordinate recruitment activities for foster carers across North Lincolnshire.

This varied and rewarding role involves engaging with prospective foster carers from their initial enquiry through to assessment, delivering recruitment events and presentations, building partnerships with local businesses and communities, and supporting the growth of our fostering service.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will use your communication, organisational and relationship-building skills to inspire people to consider fostering and help ensure that children in care have access to safe, stable and nurturing family homes.

This is a permanent role for 18.5 hours per week- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to cover events and visits outside of these hours.
