About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Building Control team as a Casual Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Building Control team in managing day-to-day operations.
- Provide expert advice on building regulations, safety standards and compliance.
- Oversee inspections and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Liaise with developers, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
- Provide supervision.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards.
About You
- Proven experience in Building Control management and minimum Registration Class A, B, D.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
