An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assurance Officer to join the SPACE Team within Children and Families at North Lincolnshire Council. The role is part-time, 22 hours per week, and involves providing high-quality business support and coordinating the Assurance, Practice Learning and Development Framework, including associated processes and key meetings. The officer will help prepare for and respond to external scrutiny and inspection, ensuring information is accurate, well-organised and supports continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver accurate, high-quality information and business support to a consistent standard.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Work with energy and adaptability, understanding the priorities and demands within Children and Families services.
- Use IT systems confidently, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook, to produce clear and professional work.
- Manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Candidates must be able to evidence their right to work in the UK. The council does not hold a sponsor licence to sponsor people to work in the UK.
