We are currently looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our Admin Team, who is willing to take responsibility and use their initiative to ensure excellent customer service and support for all our community: staff, students, and their families.
Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact on the school reception, undertaking switchboard and reception duties, alongside manning Student Support on a rota basis.
- Undertaking administrative services for the school, utilising Google Suite and our management information system.
- Offering administrative support for school events and trips, working with a variety of staff to support with a range of general office and admin duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Grade C or above.
- Strong ICT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- Admin qualification.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
