We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operational Support Clerk to join our dedicated Safeguarding Adults Team. This is a vital administrative role supporting the team in delivering effective safeguarding processes for adults at risk across North Lincolnshire. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the team\’s operations, providing high-quality clerical and administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Adults Team, including minute-taking, diary management, and handling sensitive information.
- Maintain and update safeguarding databases and case management systems.
- Support the coordination of safeguarding meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from professionals and members of the public in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
