Are you passionate in making a difference to the people in North Lincolnshire. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic Social Care Connect Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults to live independently, and be safe, well, prosperous and connected with their own communities.
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside qualified Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Your role will include:
- Assessments
- Promoting independence through equipment provision, minor and major adaptations.
- Working collaboratively with the person, families, carers and other professionals
- Contributing to safeguarding and risk management processes
- Encouraging community engagement and social inclusion
