We are currently seeking a dedicated, energised, and innovative individual to join our dynamic team as an Investment and Delivery Officer to lead the regeneration of North Lincolnshire’s Town Centres. This exciting role will be responsible for a variety of programmes covering the delivery of capital projects associated with Levelling Up Fund, Towns Fund and Long-Term Plan for Towns funding, as well as the delivery of the High Street Accelerator and Green Spaces funds, providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on the communities of North Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate for this diverse role will require broad experience of project and programme management, stakeholder engagement and industry leading best practice, to deliver the best outcomes for the people and place of North Lincolnshire. The Investment and Delivery Officer role will be crucial in enhancing North Lincolnshire’s built and natural environment, as well as supporting the delivery of our Principal Towns Strategy.

North Lincolnshire Council has a substantial capital programme aimed at investing in enabling infrastructure, buildings, open spaces, and various community assets. This role will be pivotal in shaping the vision for town centres and ensuring the effective use of government-allocated capital funds to achieve the expected outcomes and associated benefits. This will support the Council’s transformation and help deliver the aspirations outlined in our Council Plan.
