Cleaner

Hours of Work: 10 hours per week (Term Time) 6:30am to 8:30am or 16:00 to 18:00 – Term time only (May be some summer working as and when required) Description: A Cleaner is required to join our team as soon as possible, working under the direction of the Site Manager.
St Hugh\’s School is a well-resourced, purpose-built school for students aged ***** years with moderate, severe, or profound and multiple learning needs.
Many of our students also have additional needs, including ASD and complex medical needs.
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and reliable team player to support the premises team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
Training in the use of cleaning equipment and materials will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across school buildings
• Carry out routine and specialist cleaning tasks, including floors, carpets, toilets, and windows
• Support periodic deep cleaning, including moving furniture
• Use and store cleaning equipment safely
