North Lincolnshire Home First short stay is a registered Rehabilitation and Reablement service that provides time limited intervention and therapies to people within a 30 bed rehabilitation setting. We strive to deliver support that puts people at the centre of our services. Our aim is to ensure that a person can return home/appropriate place, feel confident and is safe to live as independently as possible.

Reablement Assistant post holders provide rehabilitation support to individuals following accident or illness allowing a return to independence. This involves following therapy plans and working in conjunction with other health and social care professionals.

The role also involves direct work such as supporting with moving and handling, attending to personal care needs and assisting with medication as well as maximising opportunities for social inclusion, assisted technology and emotional wellbeing.

The role offers a fantastic work life balance AM shifts 07:00 to 15:00, and PM shift 15:00- 22:00

As a Rehabilitation assistant you will be part of a fast paced and developing service that has opportunities for further development and progression throughout this service.
