A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Ancholme Leisure Centre, and we're looking for a customer service assistant to join our team. Customer service assistants provide the front of house function for all NL Active facilities and services. They are the first point of contact for customers, whether in person, on the phone, or digitally.

Customer service assistants provide information, advice and guidance, deal with bookings and memberships, and support customers in a number of ways including signposting them to activities and information that will interest and benefit them. In some NL Active facilities, the role also includes assisting the Community Hub by providing a library function such as the signing out and returning of books, and supporting people with our digital provision including public access computers, print services, and the LiveWell community directory.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer focussed role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Motivated, punctual, and a good communicator
  • Able to work a shift pattern that involves evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
