Hours: 5 hours Monday to Friday term time only (38 weeks)

The Vacancy

Broughton Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant to join our friendly team of staff from 1st September 2025. Working at Broughton Primary is rewarding and challenging, but most of all never dull. Applications are welcomed from motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic people who can work as part of our busy team.

We are looking for a Team Member who:

  • Has the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Has a pleasant, friendly manner with the children themselves and also with colleagues parents, carers and other professionals.
  • Has high expectations and is committed to raising standards through inspiring and motivating our pupils.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a successful team.
  • Can follow academy policies and procedures including safeguarding and GDPR.
  • Is flexible and committed and has the desire to play a full role in the life of our school.
