Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for Belton All Saints C of E Primary School (part of Belton & Wroot Federation).

  • Start Date: Monday 3 November 2025
  • Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Mondays & Tuesdays (term time only)
  • Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Join a busy school office team and provide friendly, organised administrative support.
  • Use ICT confidently to complete tasks and support daily office duties.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and visitors; handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
  • Assist with general admin duties as required; training and support will be provided.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Friendly, discreet, and team-oriented with good people skills.
  • Confidence with ICT and ability to juggle tasks efficiently.
  • Previous school office experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Enhanced DBS and barred list check required if successful.
