The predicted salary is between 29500 - 30000 £ per year.
We are looking for a motivated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice who is ready to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility within the nursery. You will work closely with qualified practitioners, support children's learning and begin developing key-worker skills as part of your training.
As a not-for-profit organisation, the nursery was established in 1979 with the ethos of providing high quality childcare for children and families and this ethos has never faltered. We provide a small setting, catering for no more than 38 children in any one day. Over the years our recipe of high standards, loving care, fresh air and good food has seen generations of children flourish and grow. We have an excellent reputation locally, and pride ourselves in making strong links with our children and families.
What You'll Do:
- Support children's development in line with the EYFS
- Assist with observations and learning records
- Support daily routines, activities and transitions
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Work in partnership with colleagues and parents
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience with children (preferred but not essential)
- Commitment to completing the Level 3 qualification
- Passion for early years education
- Team player with a nurturing approach
- Understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
Training Outcome:
Continued employment is available to the successful candidate, subject to completion of the apprenticeship.
