North Lanarkshire Council, as one of Scotland’s largest local authorities, is leading an exciting and ambitious regeneration programme for its town centres and surrounding areas as part of its plans for inclusive economic growth. Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development.

You will provide general clerical support, process invoices, maintain and update databases and deal with enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders on a full range of housing services. Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment together with good keyboard skills are essential. Experience of dealing with the public, knowledge of Council and Housing Services and customer care training are desirable.

35 hours per week - Monday to Thursday - 08:45 - 16:45; This includes 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays, and a wide range of benefits available to you.
