Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Equipment and Adaptations Service in Motherwell to help ensure we provide a safe, secure and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain levels of stock and materials, liaising closely with managers across the health and social care partnership and partner organisations.
- Ensure effective processes are in place to co-ordinate both delivery and installation of equipment and minor adaptations.
- As a team manager, ensure staff within the team feel supported, receive regular supervision and undertake key training for their roles such as Risk Assessment and Moving and Handling.
Qualifications
- Experienced manager with a background in working with the public and experience of stock control.
- Possession of a relevant SVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent is essential.
- PVG Scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
