Join our People Operations team and play a key role in delivering a fast, accurate and customer-focused HR service. We have a range of opportunities available, including full-time and part-time, permanent and temporary roles available.

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating seamless employee experiences? Join our People Operations Team as a Service Advisor, where you will play a vital role in supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. As part of our dynamic Employee Service Centre, you will help deliver a high-quality, efficient HR transactional service, ensuring everything from recruitment to leavers is handled accurately, professionally, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle in line with procedures and service standards
  • Support recruitment activity from advert to appointment, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR processes, policies, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR/payroll data
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Support audit, compliance, and continuous improvement activities, including digital transformation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR, administration, or a customer service environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems and adapting to digital processes
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • National 5 qualification (or equivalent); HR qualification desirable
