We are currently recruiting an inspirational and motivated social work practitioner to join our Wishaw Adult Social Work team, someone who is creative in their thinking and practice and has the skills, knowledge and expertise to support effective practice, promote innovation and create a culture where people feel supported to do their jobs.

To apply for this post, you must have significant post qualifying experience, possess strong leadership and management skills and hold a professional or academic social work qualification e.g. Degree or Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.

You must be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

You will require to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to commencing in this role.

Work pattern:

35 hours per week – Monday to Thursday – 08:45 to 16:45 – Friday 08:45 to 16:15.

This is a temporary position until 31/07/2025.
