As a Project Development Co-ordinator, you will have a critical role in supporting the implementation of North Lanarkshire’s Economic Regeneration Delivery Plan (ERDP) with a particular focus on coordinating and delivering the Regeneration Plan for Coatbridge and the 10 Year Investment Plan supported by £19.5m Growth funding from the UK Government. You will join the City Deal and Regeneration team based in our headquarters’ office in Motherwell but will operate under our hybrid model of office and home-based working with an expectation to travel to council facilities and sites across North Lanarkshire as required.
