Location: This post is within Our Lady's High School, Dalzell Drive, Motherwell, ML1 2DG. Work location: This post will be located within one of North Lanarkshire's pilot secondary Inclusion Base/LCSC based within the above-named establishment.
Responsibilities:- The successful candidate must have extensive experience of working with children with a variety of additional support needs in either a primary, secondary or specialist setting.
- Work collegiately with colleagues to promote inclusive practice.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and relevant training.
- Must be PVG Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
- Experience in inclusive education settings is essential.
- Evidence of ability to work in a team to promote inclusive practice.
- Any offer of appointment is subject to satisfactory references and other appropriate conditions.
This is a temporary secondment opportunity until 25 June 2027, following which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to return to their substantive post. Salaries will be in accordance with the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teacher (SNCT).
