Position Overview
Salary: NLC3 £25,971 - £26,991
Location: North Lanarkshire Council – Civic Centre and Civic Square offices, Motherwell (Hybrid work).
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and admin support, including processing invoices, ordering ICT equipment and software, checking information for input into ICT and financial systems, preparing performance information and other general clerical duties.
- Maintain accurate records and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Literacy and numeracy skills; ideally educated to National 5 level or equivalent.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment.
- Self‑motivated and capable of prioritising own workload.
Working Hours & Pattern
35 hours per week – Monday to Thursday: 08:45 – 16:45 (including a 55 minute unpaid break); Friday: 08:45 – 16:15 (including a 50 minute unpaid break).
