Join our People Operations team and play a key role in delivering a fast, accurate and customer-focused HR service. The Service Advisor will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring all HR transactions are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle in line with procedures and service standards
- Support recruitment activity from advert to appointment, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR processes, policies and timelines
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR/payroll data
- Respond to queries via phone, email and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Support audit, compliance and continuous improvement activities, including digital transformation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR, administration or a customer service environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and adapting to digital processes
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- National 5 qualification (or equivalent); HR qualification desirable
