Do you have a proven track record in driving forward improvement agendas and assurance and governance activities within the sector, evidencing regulatory compliance, best value and the achievement of agreed outcomes? Based within the Quality Assurance team at Health & Social Care Headquarters, we are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Officers to work directly as part of the Quality Assurance Team. You will be a strategic thinker who can positively contribute to partnership working, striving to build and maintain professional relationships, through effective engagement which reflects social work values and a trauma informed approach.
A key function of the role is to support the social work procurement journey and the ongoing contract monitoring of commissioned services, along with internal governance and assurance, ensuring robust contracting procedures are in place, supporting stability and sustainability across the sector.
The role will also support the development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with legislation and both national and local plans, policies and strategies. You will contribute to the development of Social Work strategic service plans and manage compliance of service delivery consistent with these, working with a range of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Applicants must hold a professional qualification at degree level with substantial post qualifying experience working at a senior level within a quality assurance related role.
