We are currently recruiting an experienced, confident and motivated individual to manage a team of staff, ensuring payments are made to our external providers. Based within the Dalziel Building, located in Motherwell, your role will involve co-ordinating and planning deployment of administrative resources ensuring we have the right supports in place to deliver on our performance targets, maintain our high standards of service delivery and meet our key performance indicators.

To be able to undertake this role successfully you must be able to demonstrate you have the skills, experience and knowledge to manage and understand the varied range of social work service areas, have a flexible approach and be able to determine key priorities and objectives. You must hold a HND or SVQ4 in Administration or other equivalent qualification together with substantial relevant experience including managing staff, financial and property management and working with senior managers.

Working Pattern: Monday & Tuesday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
