Based within our Community Justice Hub you will operate within a fast paced highly sensitive environment. You will work closely with operational staff to provide effective and comprehensive business support within Social Work locality, Social Work units, Centralised Services and/or Integrated Teams within the Partnership.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Resource Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality, responsive administrative support.
- Maintain and update systems and processes, prepare reports, take minutes, and handle enquiries.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a busy office setting.
Qualifications
- Educated to National 5 level.
- Experience working in a dynamic office environment.
- Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office.
- Possession of administrative qualifications would be advantageous.
Working patterns
- Full Time — Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm; Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm
- Part Time — Week 1: Wednesday-Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm; Week 2: Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm
