Based within one of our venues, within the North Lanarkshire geographical area, you will be responsible for the safety and conduct of customers in the gym, carry out induction training for new users and will complete and promote personal training options to members.
A Personal Trainer Level 3 certificate from a recognised REPS accredited governing body and experience of working in a gym environment as well as previous personal training experience are essential. A pleasant manner, good physical fitness and excellent communication skills are of prime importance.
Post 2: Airdrie Leisure Centre, 20 hours per week.
In addition to the permanent positions outlined above, we also offer flexible casual worker opportunities for those who prefer flexible and variable hours on an as and when basis. Casual Fitness Specialists undertake the same essential duties and are ideal for individuals balancing study, other employment, or personal commitments. Work patterns will be discussed at interview, and we welcome applicants who are motivated, team oriented, and committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.
