We are currently recruiting sessional Home Support Schedulers to join our busy home support teams. If successful in your application, you will work closely with the Home Support Team Leaders to help us deliver outstanding customer service and all-inclusive community supports to people within our communities.

To undertake this role, you will need a positive approach and be able to communicate effectively with a range of individuals including service users, their families, and other partners/agencies. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, is resourceful and works well under pressure. Previous experience working in a social work or home support related environment is essential. Possession of a SQV Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable however successful applicants who do not hold this qualification must demonstrate a willingness to work towards achieving this within a reasonable timescale. These posts will be located throughout various locations within North Lanarkshire.

For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
