Based in Shotts Leisure Centre your main task will be to assist our customers within this busy sports venue and ensure that they enjoy their visit. The customers’ safety, especially within the pool area, will be your main responsibility.
All candidates must possess a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. A variety of tasks will be undertaken in relation to the efficient operation of the venue including general cleaning duties, setting out equipment and preparation for events.
You will work as part of a team and must be a strong swimmer. You will be neat and tidy in appearance, have a pleasant manner, good communication skills and a helpful approach when dealing with our customers.
As a requirement of this post, the successful candidates must obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) membership through Disclosure Scotland.
Week 1 – Monday to Friday – 8.15am to 1.15pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday – 3.15pm to 8.15pm
