We are currently recruiting for Justice Support Assistants to join our teams across Justice Services. As a Justice Support Assistant, you will contribute to the delivery of community justice services consistent with Government Legislation, national and council policy.

Educated to higher grade level, SVQ Level 2, or equivalent, moderate experience working within a Social Work/Social Care setting and knowledge of computer systems is essential. An HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.

This post will involve community outreach to women who reside in all geographical areas of North Lanarkshire.

  • Caledonian Domestic Abuse Service (1 Post as Women's Worker, 1 Post as Children's Worker) - Community Justice Hub, 35 Range Road, Motherwell, ML1 2HR:
  • 1 Post (Temporary): Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
  • 1 Post (Temporary): Part Time: TBC
  • 1 Post (Temporary): Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
  • 1 Post (Permanent): Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm

The temporary positions are contracted until 31/03/2027. This includes 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays, and a wide range of benefits available to you.
