The predicted salary is between 45503 - 52044 £ per year.

Based within one of our depots, you will assist the Assistant Service Delivery Manager in ensuring the day-to-day provision of the waste resources service providing a high-quality professional service with a focus on the customer.

With a HNC, SVQ3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in a related discipline, you will have extended experience in a relevant field including experience of supervising a team and working in a customer focused environment. You will also have experience of working with the public, dealing with complaints, and undertaking investigation. It is also essential that you have an awareness of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work along with knowledge of developments within waste management.

You must be an innovative problem solver who is computer literate, with working experience of Microsoft Office. Excellent communications skills are key in this role, and you must have the ability to meet deadlines and experience of collating and analysing statistical information and producing reports. You must have a current driving licence.

Work pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Thursday - 06:45 - 15:00 & Friday - 06:45 - 14:30
  • Week 2: Tuesday to Friday - 06:45 - 15:00 & Saturday - 06:45 - 14:30
  • Week 3: Monday to Thursday - 06:45 - 15:00 & Friday - 06:45 - 14:30
  • Week 4: Monday to Thursday - 06:45 - 15:00 & Sunday 06:45 - 14:30
