The predicted salary is between 7 - 31 £ per hour.
We are currently recruiting for Justice Support Assistants to join our teams across Justice Services. As a Justice Support Assistant, you will contribute to the delivery of community justice services consistent with Government Legislation, national and council policy. You will also participate in the delivery of individual and group work programmes and prepare reports and assessments.
Educated to higher grade level, SVQ Level 2, or equivalent, moderate experience working within a Social Work/Social Care setting and knowledge of computer systems is essential. An HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable. This post will involve community outreach to women who reside in all geographical areas of North Lanarkshire. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
Available positions:
- 35 hours, Temporary – Caledonian Service (Women's Support Worker) – 35 Range Road Motherwell ML1 2HR
- 17.5 hours, Temporary - Caledonian Service (Children’s Worker) – 35 Range Road Motherwell ML1 2HR
Work Patterns:
- 35 hours – Mon to Thurs 08:45 – 16:45, Fri 08:45 – 16:15
- 17.5 hours - TBC
