The predicted salary is between 22500 - 25000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as part of a team, undertake the cleaning of the school premises to keep them in a clean and hygienic condition, and oversee the work of the cleaning staff to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
With previous supervisory experience and experience in commercial cleaning, you will have used a variety of cleaning equipment and products and understand the health and safety issues associated with their use. You will be self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, able to work as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to solve problems using your own initiative.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
Responsibilities- Supervise cleaning staff and oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain quality standards.
- Work within health and safety guidelines and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate tasks to support school premises upkeep.
