The predicted salary is between 29666 - 31541 £ per year.
You will be responsible for all catering activities within the unit including menu planning, cooking and baking, stock control, maintaining budgetary targets, administration, supervision and training of staff.
You will possess a SVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent qualification or be willing to work towards the qualification within a timescale of 2 years and have moderate relevant experience. You should have previous supervisory, administration and function work experience as well as experience of ordering and controlling stock. You should also have good craft skills as well as good communication, numeric and organisational skills.
An enthusiastic team player you will have a flexible and positive approach to your work with the ability to work well under pressure.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member through Disclosure Scotland and obtain a satisfactory membership check prior to commencing in this role.
Work Pattern: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 08:00am till 15:30pm (30 unpaid break)
