Join our dedicated catering team and play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and high‐quality service to our customers. As a Catering Assistant, you will work efficiently to support daily food preparation, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment. Your positive attitude and commitment to great customer service will make a real difference in our busy setting.
We are looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills
- Understands customer needs and current food trends
- Works well as part of a team
- Brings experience of customer service, with some exposure to till or cash handling
Experience within a catering environment is desirable, and holding an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you and welcome you to our team.
Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme before starting. This will be arranged by North Lanarkshire Council.

Work pattern:
- 1 Post - 17.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 10:30 - 14:30 (30 min unpaid break)
