The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Based within our Community Justice Hub as a member of the Justice Service teams, you will contribute to the delivery of Justice Services consistent with Government Legislation, National and Council Policy.

Your role and responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of person-centred support plans, providing ongoing case management and support for individuals engaging in voluntary throughcare. You will work alongside partner agencies to help individuals achieve positive outcomes within the community.

An HNC, SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent and extended experience of working within a social work/social care setting are essential.
