This post is within Our Lady's High School, Dalzell Drive, Motherwell, ML1 2DG. This post will be located within one of North Lanarkshire’s pilot secondary Inclusion Base/LCSC based within the above-named establishment.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience of working with children with a variety of additional support needs in either a primary, secondary or specialist setting. Evidence of continuous professional development and relevant training is essential. This position requires the postholder to work collegiately with colleagues to promote inclusive practice.
This is a temporary secondment opportunity until 25 June 2027, following which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to return to their substantive post. You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role. Any offer of appointment to this post is subject to satisfactory reference(s) and any other appropriate conditions.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teacher (SNCT). North Lanarkshire Council has reached its current allocation of Certificates of Sponsorship and, as a result, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
