We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Systems and Analytics Team as a Systems Developer. In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Systems Developers and play a key part in ensuring we maximise the effectiveness and value of our workforce systems such as iTrent and Service Now. You will collaborate with our People Resources teams to design innovative solutions and build systems that meet the needs of a diverse range of users.
Stakeholder Engagement
The successful candidate will be confident and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will engage with system users, service leads, technical specialists, and external partners to ensure our workforce systems are aligned with organisational needs, legislative requirements, and customer expectations. Strong communication skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into clear actions, and a collaborative approach will be essential.
About You
Are you educated to HNC level in a relevant subject? Do you have experience and a proven track record in scoping, designing, developing and supporting workforce systems such as iTrent and Service Now within an HR environment? Are you an excellent collaborator with experience working in a busy workforce or HR systems environment? Can you demonstrate self‑motivation, flexibility, and a customer‑focused approach to your work?
