Applications are invited for the Resource Supervisor vacancies within our Integrated Equipment and Adaptation Service. If successful in your application, you will work collaboratively within the Business Support & Operations team to provide an efficient and effective modern administrative support service within the locality and to our internal and external partners. You will ensure all business support processes are delivered in line with Council and Service standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery of Social Work services.
We are looking for applicants who have a flexible and proactive approach to changing workloads and can demonstrate they have the relevant skills, experience and qualities to work within a fast paced and changing work environment. As a good communicator, you should be able to use your own initiative to problem solve and have the confidence to manage, motivate and support staff undertake their jobs, ensuring delivery on deadlines and accuracy and quality of work.
You should be educated to National 5 level and be proficient in various IT systems including Microsoft Office. Possession of administrative qualifications would be advantageous. A high level of confidentiality is essential, along with strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a busy office setting.
Work Patterns:
- 35 Hour Post (Permanent) - Monday to Thursday - 8:45 to 4:45 and Friday - 8:45 to 4:15
- 14 Hour Post (Temporary) - Monday & Tuesday - 8:45 to 4:45 (temporary until 30/06/2026)
