The predicted salary is between 22600 - 24600 £ per year.
Applications are invited for the above vacancy based within our Equipment & Adaptation Store in Motherwell. If successful in your application, you will undertake a varied range of administration tasks to ensure the team has efficient and effective support procedures and arrangements in place.
Part of your role will include line management responsibilities. To do this successfully, you will need to be someone who has the personal qualities, experiences and skills to be able to undertake this aspect of the post. Good organisation and communication skills are essential; you should also be able to demonstrate that you have the confidence and experience to work independently, using your initiative or as part of a larger team.
Previous experience using Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, together with an awareness of the importance of handling confidential and sensitive information, are also essential. Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment with knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, while a HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Administration, or equivalent, previous supervisory experience and knowledge of personnel policies and procedures are desirable.
This post is temporary for a period until 30/06/2026.
