We are currently recruiting Home Support Scheduler to join our busy home support teams which are based throughout North Lanarkshire Services. If successful in your application you will work closely with the Home Support Team Leader to help us deliver outstanding customer service and all-inclusive community supports to people within our communities.
To undertake this role, you will need a positive approach and be able to communicate effectively with a range of individuals including service users, their families, and other partners/agencies. We are looking for someone with excellent organisation skills, is resourceful and works well under pressure. Previous experience working in a social work or home support related environment is essential. Possession of a SQV Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable; however, successful applicants who do not hold this qualification must demonstrate a willingness to work towards achieving this within a reasonable timescale.
Working Patterns & Locations:
- Flexible between Monday - Thursday: 07:00am - 16:45pm and Friday: 07:00am - 16:15pm
- Airdrie Locality: 1 Post
- Bellshill Locality: 1 Post
- Home Assessment Team: 1 Post (Temporary)
- Motherwell Locality: 1 Post
- Wishaw Locality: 1 Post
The temporary position is contracted until 1 year from start date.
