Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development. In this role you will provide administrative support to the Housing and Communities Investment Team. You will provide general clerical support, process invoices, maintain and update databases and deal with enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders. Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment together with good keyboard skills are essential. Experience of dealing with the public, knowledge of Council and Housing Services and customer care training are desirable.

Work pattern: 17.5 hours per week.

  • Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday: 08:45am till 16:45pm
  • Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 08:45 am till 16:45pm
